Your enquiry information
You may enter your name, email address, phone number, enquiry type, preferred arrival date and a message. Email, phone and arrival date are optional. Share only information needed to discuss your stay; please do not include payment-card details or sensitive documents.
WhatsApp enquiries
The form prepares a message in your browser. Selecting the WhatsApp action opens WhatsApp with the completed fields in a prefilled message. The text is passed to WhatsApp in the link, even before you choose to send it. You can review and edit it there; the website does not send the chat message automatically. WhatsApp enquiries may be handled by Heshima Camp’s authorised reservation support provider.
Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to your questions and discuss availability, arrangements, directions and your stay. Opening an enquiry is not a confirmed reservation.
What this website retains
The website has no enquiry database or form-submission server. It does not save entered information in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Form values remain in the current browser page; your browser may separately retain autofill, history or restored form values. Information sent through WhatsApp is handled outside this website. No fixed retention period for reservation conversations has been confirmed.
Hosting and technical information
The production website is prepared for Cloudflare Pages hosting. When served through Cloudflare, technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser information may be processed to deliver and protect the service. Processing and log retention depend on the enabled Cloudflare services. This website does not add analytics or advertising trackers.
External platforms
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Google Maps and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Enquiry text included in a WhatsApp URL may also appear in browser history. Review the external provider’s policy before sharing information.
Security and privacy requests
Avoid sending information that is unnecessary for your enquiry. No internet service can guarantee complete security. For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, contact Heshima Camp through the Contact Us section and identify your request without sending sensitive documents. An official privacy-contact email has not yet been confirmed.
